While we prefer working from pre-existing, print-ready files, it's not unusual for some of our customers to have us design their banners.  Any graphic design work we provide is in addition to our printing/shipping fees.  We currently charge $80 per hour for any graphic design work, with a minimum charge of one hour.

If you engage us to design your banner, we'll provide an estimated cost prior to starting.  If our cumulative hours are approaching our estimate, we'll notify you so you're aware of your total cost.

Any design fee would be a subsequent charge to your credit card.
